The Founder 

Apostle Michael W. Moses is an accomplished businessman, church planter, singer/song writer, and internationally published author. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor and Co-Founder of Empowerment City Church ATL. in Stockbridge, Georgia.  Pastor “Moe” as he is affectionately known was trained and ordained as a minister of the Gospel in 2005 by Apostle Billy R. Johnson of New Covenant Christian Ministries in Lithonia, Georgia.  In June of 2006 he and his family joined Dr. Charles A. Wallace at Hebron World Church International a pioneering work in Covington, Georgia.  He and his wife served as foundational pastors, and praise and worship leaders until June of 2008. In 2008 under the direction of the Holy Spirit he founded Kingdom Empowerment Center Ministries, in Conyers, Georgia.  In January of 2016 Pastor Moe and his wife Pastor Elizabeth joined to assist Pastors Ben & Dana Gibson at Connect East Church, a pioneering work in Conyers, Georgia as associate pastors and teachers. In January 2019 Apostle Mike, and Pastor Elizabeth founded Empowerment City Church, ATL. in Stockbridge, Georgia.  His Apostolic Mandate is that of the Pattern Maker, tasked with building and supporting the body of Christ through leadership, teaching and training. He is a skilled  teacher that serves the Word of God with a prophetic anointing. His 25-year ministry focus has been to build stronger leaders, and stronger Believers alike.
